Gravity Falls Theory Ice Bag

so i have made theory for the ice bag and i think its gompers
not gompers itself but the person thats in him and i think this because of this two questions he answered in his AMA;
" Any Family?"
"NOT ANYMORE"
"Whats your opinion on gompers?"
"I LIKE HIM BETTER THIS WAY"
I think gompers is the brother of him and i think he is more cooler than him and maybe he has some ice powers too.
and i think bill cipher became angry about him being better and he somehow made him a goat or put him in a goat.
its my theory on ice bag,i have made this theory because so many people thinks that wendy is the ice bag but i dont think so because there was shorts that mc gucket did and he talked about the ice bag and if it was wendy ,he wouldnt be talking about and i think this proves that ice bag is not wendy but someone else and i think its gompers
